Over the last 10 years, our group has been scouting, locating, developing, manufacturing, distributing, and marketing numerous, much needed, technological solutions and products, in a variety of sectors and fields, in North America and other territories. With a cross-nation reach, network, and strategic partners, we hold the ability to offer our products and technologies to large customers, nationwide, in the USA.
Each sector is under the umbrella of a designated company – we fund our companies and build strong management, operation, and sales teams to support our growth. Our network includes We have several strategic partners with leading Real Estate development companies - leading commercial developers and owners such as Goodman Properties, Simon malls, Gleeson Constructors, and others, owning and developing more than 1,000 properties in 39 states as well as UCCS Corporation – the largest safety and maintenance transportation group in the USA, and large door to door sales groups.
Witfield portfolio
Our group’s portfolio consists of diverse commercial real estate that includes both stand-alone sites and large grocery-anchored power centers - over 1,500 tenants ranging from the local ‘Mom and Pop’ shops to national retailers such as Target, Costco, CVS, Walgreens, Wawa, Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Amazon, Lowe’s, Giant Foods, ALDI, Shoprite, AMC, Regal Entertainment Group and many more. In addition, other companies that we own, in other sectors, we are a licensed state supplier and supply products and technologies for numerous states such as Delaware, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Florida, Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, and others. This provides us access to key decision-makers, state and federal funding.
